Alpha Communications^_® is a manufacturer, supplier and importer of Emergency & Security Communications and Signaling systems. In addition to our own brand, we are proud to be the exclusive importer for all of North America and the Caribbean, for S.T.R. intercoms and video-intercoms, and for Golmar.

Custom, modified or special-order equipment is our specialty. Our sales engineering staff will gladly assist you in equipment selection. We will provide a detailed written (computerized) quotation (not a lump sum price) with literature, specification sheets and wiring information, before you buy. We believe we have the broadest line of products and systems available.

Alpha Communications is a family business celebrating 40 years in business in 2023. It was founded in by our company president, Mark S. Goldberg and his wife, Madelyn. Mark is an industry veteran, with over 50 years experience. He has used his vast experience relating to intercom systems, nurse-call systems, and video-intercom systems to continue to innovate and improve the marketplace.

Madelyn Goldberg is the driving force behind Alpha Communications, and is responsible for overseeing all operations, and for making sure the office and warehouse run like clockwork.

At the end of 1997, Alpha Communications started its second generation with the addition of their daughter Jennifer. Today, Jennifer is bringing Alpha Communications into the digital world of social media and online education for our customers and installers.

In 2007 the founders’ son, Jason, joined the Alpha Communications team full time. Having a background in IT Systems and Web/Software development, Jason is uniquely qualified to lead up research and development for new products which utilize the latest technologies. His energy, fresh ideas, artistic talent, and enthusiasm that will help carry Alpha Communications into the future.
